The WMFC acquired this aircraft as a project in early 2024. The goal of the project was to get into a 6 place aircraft and at a far cheaper cost and offer members an opportunity to both work in a project and work on an A&P if members choose. With our team of club mechanics and the volunteerism of general members, the goal is to have the airplane airworthy by summer of 2026, with the largest road block being securing all the necessary funding. We are excited to build this airplane up the way it will best fil the club.
